Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ascends-labs.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within a short time after being placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must go through the return process.
9. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
